THE WINES
48% Cabernet Franc, 31% Merlot, 21% Pinot Noir.
Notes of green strawberry, watermelon, thyme.
Pairs well with charcuterie, salads, seafood.
Estate grown.
Notes of fresh cut hay, lime zest, peppermint.
Pairs well with vegetables, smoked fish, mild sausage.
30% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 15% Petit Verdot.
Notes of cranberry, blueberry compote, tea leaf.
Pairs well with smoked meats, grilled meats, tomato sauce.
100% Cabernet Franc.
Dry red, with notes of tobacco, cracked pepper, eucalyptus.
Grapes sourced from Front Royal (Shenandoah AVA) & Charlie Reed (Southern VA).
Aged in 90% French oak & 10% American oak for 9 months, with 536 cases produced.
